About your Nurse
I'm Tamara. I spent two decades as a Registered Nurse hustling in a fast-paced chaotic Emergency Department. I mastered not just the science of healing but the art of compassion. An unexpected twist came my way when I sustained a shoulder injury right in the heart of the ER. This moment of vulnerability turned into an opportunity for growth. As I journeyed through my recovery, I immersed myself in education, earning a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nurse Education from Grand Canyon University (GCU).
This pursuit of knowledge became a mission to empower others towards a path of wellness that resonates with the mind, body, and spirit. My commitment to healing took a deeper dive into the world of lymphatic health and I attended Academy of Lymphatic Studies (ACOLS). I became certified in the Vodder technique of Manual Lymphatic Drainage, embracing the holistic approach to wellness.
I believe in the power of self-care as I have seen firsthand the transformative impact of embracing holistic wellness—mind, body, and spirit as it helped me to recover from my injury. As a healthcare professional and mentor, I will guide your journey towards health and vitality. Together, through education, nutrition, and a mindful movement, a nurturing positive mindset will pave the way to a life filled with joy, resilience, and wellness.
Let's connect and embark on this beautiful journey to a healthier, fuller version of you.
With love, warmth, and light,
